Available for:
- Monday to Friday – Days, Afternoons, and Overnights
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) – Day and Night Shifts
Primary Responsibilities:
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Providing personal care to clients (bathing, brief changes, grooming)
- Assistance with ambulation, transfers, daily exercises, and walking
- Managing Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care needs
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker Certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have 1+ years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities and Hiring Requirements:
- Successfully complete a mandatory criminal background check
- Experience caring for the elderly
- Speak fluent English
- Have a cellular smartphone
- Must have proof of 2 Covid-19 vaccinations to meet our mandatory vaccination policy
- Have the physical ability to perform the functions of the job descriptions and the ability to lift 25lbs
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information, and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures
